NeuroAthlete Hub™ Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation — available at any time

You may cancel your NeuroAthlete Hub™ subscription at any time. An accessible online cancellation option is provided in your account (Account → Subscription → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription).

To prevent the next recurring charge, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been processed. If you paid through PayPal, you may also manage automatic payments in your PayPal account, but this should not be relied upon as a substitute for canceling in the Hub.

After cancellation, your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes payments for:

• Monthly, annual, and promotional subscriptions
• Unused or partially used subscription time
• Annual memberships canceled before the annual term ends
• Monthly memberships canceled after the billing period begins
• Failure to use the platform, complete training, or access content
• Change of mind; change in sport, team, coach, or school
• Injury or loss of interest
• Failure to achieve a desired result

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically result in a refund or credit for the current paid period.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
